Kundalini yoga is a physical and meditative discipline, comprising of a set of techniques that use the mind, senses, and body to create a communication between mind and body.
Kundalini yoga focuses on psycho-spiritual growth and the bodies potential for maturation, giving special consideration to the role of the spine and the endocrine system in the understanding of yogic awakening.
Kundalini yoga concentrates on the chakras in the body in order to generate a spiritual power, which is known as kundalini. This energy is the potential form of prana or life force, lying dormant in our bodies. It is conceptualised as a coiled up serpent. Literally defined in Vedantic culture as energy that lies dormant at the base of the spine until it is and channelled upward through the chakras.
As a qualified yoga instructor, Samantha has been teaching yoga for over 20 years.

Also known for her work with Body Choir, Samantha leads shamanic and ecstatic dance practices that invite participants into a profound journey of rediscovering the body, Freedom and healing. This practice, rooted in ancient traditions, utilize rhythmic movement, breathwork, and spontaneous expression to connect deeply with one’s inner self and the surrounding energy. Through these guided sessions, Samantha creates a safe and nurturing environment where individuals can release emotional blockages, experience heightened states of consciousness, and cultivate a sense of unity with the community and nature. Her approach emphasizes the therapeutic power of movement and the insights that can emerge from engaging the body, mind, and spirit in harmonious dance. By participating , individuals not only enhance their physical well-being but also tap into their innate creativity and inner wisdom, fostering holistic healing and personal growth.
