These sessions will help and teach you that spirituality is often one of the best tools you can use to overcome life’s troubles. These sessions will also show you how to break free of a lifetime’s worth of limitations and help you find joy and harmony in your life.

Learn how to be a stand for yourself and to claim back your power and vitality on all levels.

Samantha Claire emphasizes that coaching and therapy serve distinct but complementary roles in personal development and mental health. Therapy focuses on healing past traumas, resolving psychological issues, and understanding deep-seated emotional patterns. It is essential for individuals dealing with mental health issues or those seeking to understand their past. Coaching, on the other hand, is forward-looking, aiming to unlock a person’s potential and help them achieve specific personal or professional goals. It often involves enhancing performance, finding clarity, and creating actionable plans for the future. While therapy provides the foundation of emotional stability and healing, coaching builds upon that stability to help individuals thrive and realize their fullest potential.

These sessions are available in person or online. Please contact Samantha directly for more info

Integration

Visionary plant medicine is a term that describes the group of entheogenic “teacher” plants used first in traditional societies throughout the world to promote well-being and healing at individual and community levels. This group includes ayahuasca, wachuma, iboga, peyote, and psychedelic mushrooms.
I specialise in helping people before and after plant medicine sessions. I have been working alongside the plants for 20 years. I have been working with various indigenous shamans along the way. I feel that plant medicines can be an important part of one’s soul journey and I believe that these medicines have much to teach us.
That being said, I’ve also seen many people go into these works completely unprepared and it doesn’t have to be this way. I have also seen many people struggle to integrate their experiences after ceremonies, causing personal pain and suffering also affecting those around them, such as family and friends. I believe in integrating the teachings and insights discovered from working with these plants, as well as other powerful modalities that are readily available to us in these current times.

Signs that you could be struggling to integrate?

• Sleep difficulties.
• Changes to your appetite (increase or decrease).
• Feeling jittery and highly sensitized to noise, lights, smells, etc.
• Higher-than-usual anxiety and/or feelings of isolation.
• Feeling a strong desire to work with medicine again immediately.
• Falling into old (sometimes VERY old) patterns and habits.
• Feeling deeply misunderstood by, and potentially turned off by people in your life that you were previously close to.
