Samantha Claire is a dedicated breathwork facilitator. Through her breathwork sessions, she guides individuals in harnessing the power of their breath to facilitate profound emotional release and personal growth. Drawing from her extensive training, including transformative experiences in Costa Rica, Samantha creates a safe and nurturing environment where participants can explore their inner landscapes, unlock stored emotions, and cultivate deeper states of awareness. She does 1:1 sessions as well and group sessions.
